Our commitment
We carry people who are routinely designed out of things. Passengers who have been told a vehicle is accessible and found a step. Families who have filled in a form that could not be completed without a mouse. People who gave up on a phone menu that assumed they could hear it clearly.
So we hold ourselves to a simple test. Not whether we have met a standard on paper, but whether the person who needs the service can actually use it, unaided, without having to explain themselves. That applies to the ramp on the vehicle and to the booking form on this website.
Where we fall short, we would rather hear about it than not know. The last section of this page sets out exactly how to tell us, and what we will do about it.

Accessibility on the road
Website accessibility statement
Stated plainly, because an accessibility statement that lists only successes is not much use to anyone.
Use the Accessibility control in the header to change how this site looks. Your choices are saved on this device and applied before the page draws, so there is no flash of the default styling.
That is entirely reasonable. Every booking that can be made online can be made by phone, and the coordinator will read back the details before confirming.
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00
Alternative formats
Tell us once and we will record the preference against your record, so you do not have to ask again every time you book.

Feedback and complaints
Call 020 8058 9879 or email info@ufirstservices.co.uk. Describe what you were trying to do and what stopped you. If it was on this website, the page address helps.
We aim to acknowledge within one working day and tell you who is looking at it. If it is something we can fix immediately, we will.
Within ten working days we will tell you what we found, what we have changed, or - if we cannot fix it - why not and what the alternative is. We would rather give you an honest no than a vague maybe.
This statement was prepared using our own testing against WCAG 2.2 level AA. It will be reviewed whenever the site changes materially, and at least annually. If you believe we are not meeting our obligations under the Equality Act 2010, please raise it with us first using the route above so we have the chance to put it right.
There is no wrong way to reach us. If one route does not work for you, another one will.
